Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Roesinger LLC ("Roesinger," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit RoesingerCRE.com (the "Site"), submit a form, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us. Roesinger LLC is a Texas commercial real estate brokerage licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (Broker License No. 04193-BENT).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact, property inquiry, or investor-interest form, subscribe to a newsletter, or email or call us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, property or investment criteria, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies operated by HubSpot, Google, and Meta to collect device and usage data, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, time on page, and approximate location. HubSpot may associate this activity with your contact record after you submit a form or click a link in an email from us.

Information from other sources. We may supplement your record with publicly available business information (for example, LinkedIn, CoStar, county appraisal district records, or Texas Secretary of State filings) relevant to a commercial real estate engagement.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide brokerage, advisory, and transaction services
  • To send market updates, property listings, event invitations, and educational content you have requested or that we reasonably believe are relevant to you
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To measure the performance of our marketing, including through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising, and to show you relevant ads on other sites (remarketing)
  • To comply with legal obligations, including Texas Real Estate Commission recordkeeping requirements

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that operate on our behalf, including HubSpot (CRM, email, website hosting), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and Zoom or similar tools for scheduling and meetings
  • Transaction parties when you engage us on a deal, to the extent necessary to represent you (for example, a counterparty, lender, title company, or attorney), and always subject to the confidentiality duties owed to a client under Texas law
  • Legal and regulatory recipients when required by law, subpoena, or a request from the Texas Real Estate Commission

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie banner on the Site. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, or aboutads.info. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Email and text communications

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages related to an active engagement. If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Data retention

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. Transaction records are retained for at least four years as required by Texas Real Estate Commission rules.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop marketing to you, by emailing info@RoesingerCRE.com. We will honor requests as required by applicable law, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and reputable hosted platforms, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
